14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return unused and unaltered products (with tamper-evident labels intact) for a refund. Returns are not accepted after 14 days. Report any damaged items within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Refunds are not available for opened, used, or tampered products, unless defective. Returns for change of mind or perceived differences from previous versions will be denied. Note that perfumes and colognes may reformulate, resulting in scent variations, which is normal and not a defect.

We shall not be held liable under any circumstances for inaccuracies in the delivery information entered at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct. If you reach out to us prior to the fulfilment and shipment of your order, we will generally be able to make the necessary adjustments for you.

If your order is confirmed as delivered to the wrong address based on the tracking information, and you cannot retrieve the package or it is not returned to us, we will not provide a refund for any lost items under any circumstances.

Returning a Product

If a return is authorized, the item must be sent back with original packaging and documentation within 14 days of purchase. You may need to provide photos and a statement confirming the damage for our courier's claim process. By purchasing from Pocket Smells you accept these terms.

We advise utilizing the Royal Mail service for the return of any damaged or defective items. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any goods that are not received by us. By retaining your proof of purchase receipts, you can easily track your return shipment for future reference. It is essential to pack and ship your returns carefully to prevent any damage during transit.
