Shipping policy

Upon placing your order, it will undergo two distinct phases: fulfilment and shipping. We strive to complete this process within a 48-hour timeframe. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification confirming that your item has been dispatched.

During the fulfilment phase, we will prepare your order by transferring the product from the original bottle into your selected atomizer size.

When your order transitions to the shipping phase, it will be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class tracked service, which typically aims for next-day delivery or 2 to 3 working days. However, please be aware that during peak periods, delivery may take up to five working days, and we appreciate your patience in such instances. We cannot be held accountable for the delivery times set by Royal Mail.

Do you ship international?
Yes, we do. Please be advised some countries are subject to Customs Charges. Delivery times can vary depending on the postal system in your country.

How quickly will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of ordering. Please allow 1 - 3 working to receive your order.
